Formed in 2005, Olympia Gaming, LLC, is the gaming development division of the Olympia Group, whose subsidiaries and related entities include the successful 2,700-acre Southern Highlands master-planned community, as well as some of the most desirable and high-profile real estate and mixed-use projects in the Las Vegas area.
Spearheaded by prominent real estate developer Garry Goett, the creation of a gaming arm reflects the natural evolution of the company that in 2003 redefined gaming in Carson City with the opening of Casino Fandango – an almost immediate success in the capital city.
Olympia Gaming is now in the planning stages for a number of large-scale developments throughout Nevada that include:
Part of a mixed use, 146-acre destination resort in Sparks, Nevada, Legends Bay will include over one million square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment venues, along with 13 acres of lakefront property that will host a 93,000 square foot casino, 1,000 hotel guest rooms, dining venues, spa and fitness center, and convention and meeting space.
Located on 100 prime acres along Las Vegas’ South Strip entertainment corridor, this mixed used development will include 70,000 square feet of gaming space, a 300-room hotel, fine and casual dining restaurants, meeting space, plus a 700,000 square foot retail center with anchor tenants.
Park Highlands
Olympia Gaming’s newest proposed venture will be the development of a casino, resort and spa within the masterplanned community of Park Highlands in North Las Vegas – one of the fastest growing areas in the Valley.
Olympia Gaming's extensive development expertise positions the Olympia Group as one of the few multi-faceted development corporations capable of overseeing all aspects of a mixed-use real estate and master-planned gaming project.
